Global Hemp Group Inc. has acquired part ownership of a start-up food brand.

Under the contract, Global Hemp will purchase 20 per cent of the HempNatura brand for US$250,000 and bring it into the Global Hemp family of companies.

HempNatura produces and markets a range of branded hemp-based foods, supplements, body care products and apparel.
